Also i tired to use this lot as a store to sell breads and other food items before this dine out pack was released lol not the best idea. You can replace counters with maybe a barista bar or adjust the stove in the kitchen for the dineout kitchen items to run an actual diner.

I also deleted a few CC items but not too many,you may want to go in and add a few paintings to the walls where their are a few blank spaces.
