Ok so i couldn't do a voice over due to health issues but i wanted to make a video trying to re create neon east in the sims 4.....again. I made it a few years back but ummm that one sucks lol and i wanted to make an updated version of what i would want it to look like in 2020.
I turned the bar/dance building into an arcade/karaoke bar

A recolor of a former sims creator Mkstudio-Studio. I'm not sure when they removed their blog but i did keep a lot of their downloads in my sims folder. I also included the mesh in the download and will remove the mesh if they whenever decide to come back to the community.
I also used the PxelBox colors
